Lose One, Lose Another For Free

by admin on June 26, 2012

Anyone who has endured the torture of trying to give up cigarettes – or any other vice for that matter – will be interested to learn that new scientific evidence has suggested that if you successfully manage to give up one bad habit, it is actually easier to give up another. So if you are struggling to give up those cigarettes and also fancy cutting back on that daily glass of vino, don’t despair. Success in one may well help you to successfully achieve the other, at least according to the boffins at Chicago’s Northwestern University.

The scientist also found that if you get yourself active, the chances are that you will cut down on junk food choices, leading to not only a slimmer but a healthier “you”.

So the morale of the story appears to be clear enough. Don’t let the thought of all your vices paralyse you with fear so that you end up  doing nothing. Take small, incremental steps and before you know it you will be well on your way to achieving your goal of a healthier,  fitter lifestyle.
